Where Light Begins to Bloom is a luminous mixed media abstract floral triptych by Australian artist Lisa Marie Jones, exploring growth, renewal, and the quiet unfolding of possibility. Across three connected panels, delicate floral forms rise within layered colour, creating a sense of gentle upward movement, light, and calm transformation.

Working in layered mixed media, hand-cut collage elements are incorporated directly into the surface of the canvas. The floral buds are collaged rather than painted, creating subtle dimensional relief that catches the light and brings a quiet sculptural presence to the work.

Painted intuitively, this contemporary abstract artwork moves between softness and energy. Blush pinks, warm golds, soft whites, and deep blues interact through expressive lines, layered textures, and moments of stillness.
